Duties of Manager Establishment / Personnel

  1.  All establishment / personnel matters.
     
  2.  Care taking of the building at HO.
     
  3.  All welfare activities for the employees.
     
  4.  Deployment of vehicles / drivers.
     
  5.  Training of employees.
     
  6.  Follow-up of legal cases arising out of establishment / personnel matters.
     
  7.  Release of Provident fund/house/building advances / purchase of books for library etc.
     
  8.  Maintenance of records.
     
  9.  Weeding out and destruction of old record.
